Located in Rochester Hills, MI (USA), Bernal is America’s leading company in designing, manufacturing and servicing rotary die tools for major global converters.
As two leaders in the Folding Carton and Liquid Packaging Industries, we will both join forces to create a strong platform within Komori Group offering end-to-end solutions for packaging converting.
This collaboration will further drive innovations, ensuring the development of cutting-edge products and services for our customers.
This business acquisition creates a powerful value proposition for packaging converters around the globe. With the support of the larger Komori portfolio of technologies, this new platform will contribute to offering innovative solutions to Customers worldwide.
It will also enable to optimize Komori Chambon highly productive printing and processing systems and integrate these offerings with Bernal’s sophisticated die tools.
